A Pittsburgh native, Liz Moore moved to New York City after college where she discovered the local food scene. After too many years of working in the corporate world in New York, Liz finally returned home to open a place of her own. The result is Bluebird Kitchen.
Today, Bluebird Kitchen occupies a beautiful space in Market Square, part of Pittsburgh’s downtown, where it serves breakfast and lunch on weekdays. With its high ceilings, marble countertops and subway tile accents, Bluebird had long been on my list of places to visit, so I was quite excited to style and sample some of the menu for a photo shoot with Adam Milliron.
Everything tasted just as great as it looked too!
