Here’s a little trick I learned from a lad at a London market:
Winter is cold. Eggnog is cold. Booze will warm you!
Then he handed me a pipette of whiskey to add to my eggnog at my leisure. Thrilled to use pipettes for some cause other than science, I applied the lesson London taught me and developed this cocktail and dessert pairing around one of my favorite spirits- Root!
